		<description>I just got a reply from a colleague who noted:  Interesting that Collaboration isn&#039;t showing up in the newest group…your thoughts on that?

I provided her the following responses:
•They are ME focused  - not WE focused
•They are not use to or particularly good communicating in person.  I think collaboration stems from these skills.
•They think they are better at doing things than they really are – especially early on.  Therefore they do not tend to take a collaborative approach, but instead see themselves more as individuals.
•Sitting in front of  computer or a mobile device is solitary.  I also believe this does not promote collaboration.
